Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- ✓Item must be unused and in original condition
- ✓Product must be returned in original packaging
- ✓Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- ✓Proof of purchase/order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Used or damaged products (not due to manufacturing defect)
• Customized or personalized products
• Items returned without original packaging
Return Shipping
✓ Free Return Shipping: If the product is defective or damaged, return shipping will be covered by us.

Refund Process

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
